Who we are
We are licensed through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, to practice psilocybin facilitation. We believe deeply in the power of preparation, presence, and thoughtful integration.
This work is personal to us, not because we see ourselves as healers or therapists, but because we understand what it feels like to live inside a brain that suddenly does not feel familiar.
Our role is to offer a grounded, supportive space for intentional inner exploration. We walk alongside people during some of their most personal moments with care, honesty, and respect for the individuality of each journey.
Our Story
In 2020, our lives changed following a serious accident that resulted in traumatic brain injury. Alongside this, my husband has lived with the long term effects of sports related concussions and football injuries. These experiences shifted how we viewed brain health, mental wellbeing, and the limitations of conventional approaches alone.
Navigating anxiety, depression, and uncertainty after brain injury led us to seek options that felt more aligned, intentional, and natural. Through this process, we became deeply focused on understanding the brain not as something broken, but as something capable of learning, adapting, and rebuilding with the right support.
We feel grateful for the opportunity to support others in spaces that are deeply personal. Not as therapists. Not as friends. But as a non-biased whitness. As facilitators who meet people where they are, without judgment, without assumptions, and without needing to know every detail of their past to support them through the present moment.

Hospitality Background
I work with adults who are learning how to live in a relationship with a changed brain—whether from brain injury, concussion, or a deeper internal shift that calls for growth and clarity. My work is rooted in lived experience and nervous system awareness, and I care deeply about creating a space that feels calm, structured, and genuinely non-judgmental.
My approach is gentle and preparation-focused. I draw from mindfulness, meditation, neuroplasticity, psychedelic facilitation, and integration work to help people better understand their inner experience and build tools they can carry forward into daily life. I am naturally curious and educational in my style, and I value helping people feel informed, empowered, and more confident in working with their own nervous system.
My path into this work began after sustaining a traumatic brain injury in 2020. Over the past six years, I have navigated recovery firsthand and learned what it truly means to adapt to a new brain. That experience shapes how I show up—with patience, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s pace. I hold a Master’s degree in Communication with a minor in Psychology and am DORA certified as of 2025. I am not a therapist and do not provide mental health treatment, though I can refer to licensed therapists when additional support is needed. I do this work because I believe people already carry wisdom within them, and sometimes they simply need the right environment to access it.

Service Background
I support adults who are impacted by concussion, sports-related brain injury, and cumulative neurological stress, especially those who are ready to rebuild with clarity and discipline. My role is to offer steady, practical support rooted in lived experience, structure, and respect for the nervous system.
Much of my work is informed by an athletic performance lens. After sustaining multiple concussions over more than 15 years of competitive football, I spent the last 11 years learning how to live with and adapt to brain trauma. That experience changed how I understand resilience, identity, and recovery. I also bring a military-informed perspective, which shapes my calm, observant, and grounded approach.
I work with adults, including current and former athletes, who want realistic tools they can apply beyond a session. I emphasize preparation, nervous system regulation, and practical integration, helping people build stability and confidence over time. I am not a therapist and do not provide mental health treatment. I am DORA certified and can refer to licensed therapists when appropriate. I do this work because I believe growth comes from consistency, self-awareness, and learning how to work with your brain instead of against it.
Scope & Boundaries
We offer a structured facilitation designed to help individuals build confidence in their own ability to navigate their inner world. We believe that lasting change comes from within. Our role is to support clarity, preparation, and integration so that individuals leave feeling more capable, grounded, and confident in themselves and their ability to move forward.
We are not therapists, clinicians, or medical providers. While many people describe the facilitation process as therapeutic, we do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
